How do I provide my prescription for new lenses?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, email it to our support team, or provide your doctor's contact information so we can verify it for you.
What is the turnaround time for custom lens replacement?
Once we receive your frames at our lab, it typically takes 7-10 business days to custom-craft your lenses and ship them back to you.
Do you accept vision insurance for my purchase?
While we are an out-of-network provider, we provide itemized receipts that you can submit to your insurance carrier (such as VSP or EyeMed) for direct reimbursement.
Can I use my FSA or HSA funds at Lensabl?
Yes! Prescription eyewear and lens replacements are qualifying medical expenses. You can use your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout just like a regular credit card.
What happens if my prescription doesn't feel right?
We offer a 30-day lens accuracy guarantee. If you experience issues with your vision, contact us and we will work with you to redo the lenses at no additional cost.
What types of lens coatings do you offer?
All of our lenses come standard with anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and UV protection coatings. We also offer premium upgrades like Blue Light blocking and Transitions.
